Adam Sender co-founded HarrisonBLUE Ventures, LLC in 2017. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Sender has founded multiple companies focused on investment management including, Exis Capital Managment, Kadem Capital Management, and SC&P – where he is currently Chief Investment Officer.

As an early adopter of cellular agriculture, Mr. Sender has supported cellular agriculture since its inception by backing cellular agriculture companies and not-for-profit organizations since 2016. An active philanthropist, Mr. Sender, has supported causes from The National September 11 Memorial to PETA.

Morton Lorge is the President and Chief Legal Officer of SC&P. Previously, Morton worked as a Portfolio Manager for the Investment Adviser, a role he occupied at Exis Capital Management from 2005-2010. From 2010 to 2012, he was a Portfolio Manager at Verition Fund Management LLC in Greenwich, CT. From 1991-1999, Mr. Lorge practiced law at Schulte Roth & Zabel and Chadbourne & Parke, both in New York.

Mr. Lorge received his Juris Doctor from University of Michigan in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1988. Morton is a founder of Innit Recordings, a New York City based independent record label.
